It has four segments: the Platreef property, the Kamoa property and joint venture, the Kipushi property and treasury. The segments are engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in South Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the restoration of a mine in the DRC, respectively. Its projects include Kamoa Copper Project, Platreef Project and Kipushi Project. The Kamoa Copper Project is a copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt. The Platreef Project hosts an underground deposit of thick, platinum-group metals, nickel, copper and gold mineralization in the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex. The Kipushi Mine is located on the Central African Copperbelt in the Democratic Republic of Congo's southern Haut-Katanga province.
