Battery Mineral Resources Corp. (TSXV: BMR) (OTCQB: BTRMF) (“Battery” or “BMR” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ESI Energy Services Inc. (“ESI”), has entered into an C$8,000,000 credit agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) with Fiera Enhanced Private Debt Fund (“Fiera”). ESI has drawn a first advance of C$5,000,000 under the Credit Agreement and may, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, draw a second advance of up to C$3,000,000 before May 15, 2024.

The Punitaqui Mine Complex Is Located over 120 kilometers (Km) Southeast of La Serena and the Port of Coquimbo, Chile. Its McAra project is located over 100 km north of Sudbury, Ontario. The Gowganda project is located about 130 km north of Sudbury. Its Elk Lake project area is located about 111 km southeast of Timmins and 150 km northeast of Sudbury, centered on the town of Elk Lake. It holds the Bonanza, Desert and East Fork properties located in the historic cobalt-copper-gold Blackbird mining district approximately 30 km west of Salmon, Idaho. The three properties cover 14 cobalt prospects within the known cobalt-copper-gold mineralized zone. Its Guemam project is located 20 km from South Korea's lithium-ion battery factory. The Amargosa Lithium project is in the southern Basin and Range province and central Mojave Desert of Nevada.
