Company receives shareholder support to transition toward its nanotechnology and health sciences focus

("ZEN" or the "Company") (TSXV:ZEN)(OTC PINK:ZENYF), a Canadian, nanotechnology company focused on next-gen healthcare solutions, today announces that shareholders have approved all resolutions put forward at the annual shareholder meeting held on September 27, 2021. These resolutions include several initiatives to better align the company's classifications and communications with its value proposition in nanotechnology and health sciences.
