Western Potash Corp. Announces Termination of Normal Course Issuer Bid

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 15, 2016) - Western Potash Corp. (TSX:WPX)(FRANKFURT:AHE) (the "Western", "the Company") wishes to announce that it has terminated its Normal Course Issuer Bid (the "Bid") as originally announced October 30, 2015. At the end of the Bid the Company had purchased a total of 3.88 million shares at an average price of approximately $0.194 per share. The Company has not yet made a determination regarding the potential cancellation of the shares acquired under the Bid.
