Voya Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund Normal Course Issuer Bid

TORONTO, March 16, 2016 /CNW/ - (TSX: ISL.UN & ISL.U)  Voya Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund (the "Fund") will commence its normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 1,285,372 Class A units and 300,999 Class U units of the Fund representing approximately 10% of the public float of 12,853,727 Class A units and 3,009,998 Class U units. The Fund may purchase up to 257,074 Class A units and 60,199 Class U units in any 30 day period which is 2% of the issued and outstanding unit balance of 12,853,727 Class A units and 3,009,998 Class U units at March 8, 2016. 

As of March 8, 2016, the Fund had not purchased any units under its previous Normal Course Issuer Bid.

Both Class A and Class U units may be purchased for cancellation from March 21, 2016 to March 20, 2017 through the facilities of the TSX or other Canadian trading systems and may only be purchased at a price per Class A and Class U unit not exceeding the last published net asset value per Class A and Class U unit. The Manager of the Fund believes that such purchases are in the best interest of the Fund and are a desirable use of its available funds.
