US Nuclear Corp. UCLE Makes Third Acquisition as Part of Aggressive Growth-Through-Acquisition Strategy

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 7, 2016) - US Nuclear Corp. (OTCBB: UCLE) announces the acquisition of Electronic Control Concepts. ECC makes test equipment; kVp, mAs and exposure time meters so x-ray techs can fine tune the performance of the world's many x-ray machines. This is US Nuclear's third acquisition which is part of their growth-through-acquisition. Overhoff Technology and Optron Scientific are the previous two. ECC complements Overhoff and Optron since ECC products go to the same markets, same specialties, and same customer base.

US Nuclear CEO Robert Goldstein points out: "Electronic Control Concepts (ECC) products sell worldwide. Especially to Hospital Imaging/Radiology departments and are necessary to produce sharp images allowing doctors to make accurate patient diagnoses. ECC products complement and support US Nuclear's popular medical product line including the unique US Nuclear nano-second pulsed X-ray detector model TBM-IC-PULSE-X as well as Xenon, Krypton, Iodine and Positron air and stack monitors.

"ECC products are related but not competing with USN medical products. By offering the ECC products we now meet more of our customers' needs. This helps US Nuclear become a one stop shop for buyers, making their job easier, and hopefully our company more desirable as a supplier.

"We will market our new acquisition's products through our customer list representing thousands of customers. ECC sells direct and through distributors in USA and around the world."
