"We are extremely excited to welcome these new executives to the UATP leadership team," said Ralph Kaiser, president and CEO, UATP.  "With their industry experience and expertise, I am confident that they will play integral roles in the growth of UATP's Charge Card and AFP Processing businesses. UATP's leadership has never been stronger."

The organizational changes are aligned with UATP's strategy to put a higher level of focus and resource on the future growth of UATP's two core programs: the Corporate Charge Card and AFP Processing. The leadership update was announced after UATP reported its record-breaking 2018 results with Charge Volume growing 9% year-over-year and Alternative Payment processing recording year-over-year growth of 11%.

Dave Goldwin has joined UATP as Chief Legal Officer.  As CLO, Goldwin will represent the company on commercial and legal affairs, international issues, and corporate governance matters relating to the organization's Shareholders and Board of Directors.  Prior to UATP, Goldwin served as Vice President of Legal at TSYS Acquiring Solutions, LLC.
