Toromont to Hold Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 27, 2016

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 25, 2016) - Toromont Industries Ltd. (TSX:TIH) is pleased to invite its shareholders and other interested parties to attend the Company's Annual Meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in the Toscana Ballroom located in The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Vaughan, 3201 Highway 7 West, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 5Z7.

For those unable to attend in person, audio and slides will be available through a live webcast. The webcast will be available through a link on Toromont's website at: www.toromont.com. Interested parties will be required to register for the session and are therefore asked to connect to the webcast approximately 15 minutes before the start time. Questions may be submitted during the live webcast.
