The Dreaming Company to Be Acquired by UCIX

Tampa, Florida--(Newsfile Corp. - November 5, 2020) - The Dreaming Company LLC announced plans today to merge HBC Health Solutions into their Hygiea Health brand in Q1 of 2021. The move comes after being acquired last week by Umbra Companies Inc (OTC Pink: UCIX).

Managing Member Christopher McMullen was quoted in saying, "We think unifying the two brands makes a lot of sense in terms of streamlined management and customer loyalty. This will give us a lot of opportunity to grow our product line into other segments of the health supplement industry as the year pushes on. With our main goal here being customer retention, we feel this singular approach to brand management is only going to increase our average customer lifetime values."

In early 2020 The Dreaming Company acquired license rights from Umbra Applied Technologies Inc to operate under their Hygieia brand, and launch Hygieia Health as well as Hygieia Skin.
