("TerraVest" or the "Company") (TSX: TVK) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dustin Haw as President and Chief Executive Officer of TerraVest. Dr. Haw has been involved with the Company as a Director since June 2014 and has an intimate knowledge of the Company and its portfolio businesses.

Prior to his appointment as CEO Dr. Haw served as the Vice President of Investments at Clarke Inc. and was responsible for strategic investment decisions regarding Clarke's investee companies, including TerraVest.
