TD Asset Management Inc. announces intention to terminate operations of the Epoch Global Shareholder Yield Currency Neutral Fund

TORONTO, Sept. 12, 2018 /CNW/ - TD Asset Management Inc. (TDAM), the manager of TD Mutual Funds, today announced its plans to terminate operations of the Epoch Global Shareholder Yield Currency Neutral Fund.

Effective today, the terminating fund is closed to additional purchases, including Pre-Authorized Contribution Plans, and will be terminated on or about November 30, 2018.

Unitholders may redeem or switch their holdings in the terminating fund for settlement on, or prior to, the termination date. As at November 30, 2018, TDAM will liquidate the holdings of the terminating fund at fair market value, determine distributions and distribute the net assets to unitholders.
