Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / January 24, 2018 – SOLARVEST BIOENERGY INC. (TSX-V:SVS) (“Solarvest” or the “Company”), announces that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") with respect to the duration of its non-brokered private placement announced on January 11, 2018. As a result, subject to regulatory approval, the closing date will now be on or about February 26, 2018.
