TORONTO, March 26, 2019 /CNW/ - Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. ("Sleep Country" or the "Company") (TSX: ZZZ) today announced that Robert Masson, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, has advised the Company that he will resign from the organization to pursue another opportunity.

Mr. Masson joined Sleep Country in 2013 and has played a central role in key events, including the Company's initial public offering in 2015 and the Company's recent acquisition of Endy.  "Rob has been a great part of the Leadership team during an exciting period of time and will continue to be a good friend and supporter of Sleep Country", said David Friesema, Chief Executive Officer. "The Board of Directors and the entire Sleep Country team join me in thanking Rob for his contributions and leadership."

Mr. Masson will remain with Sleep Country until May 7^th to assist with an orderly transition. The Company will commence a formal search process for a new CFO.
