The amendment of the Corporation's 2007 Stock Option Plan to increase the number of available options was passed by a disinterested vote, excluding 118,816 common shares held by insiders. In addition, Redline reports that shareholders voted in favour of the appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditors of the corporation.
