TORONTO, Nov. 2, 2018 /CNW/ -- /CNW/ — Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc.  (formerly Nebo Capital Corp.) (TSXV:QUIS) ("Quisitive" or the "Company") a premier Microsoft solutions provider that helps customers navigate the ever-changing technology climate that their business relies upon, announced that it has changed its auditor from Davidson & Company LLP (the "Former Auditor" or "Davidson") to KPMG LLP (the "Successor Auditor" or "KPMG"), effective October 12, 2018.

At the request of the Company, Davidson resigned.  The resignation of Davidson and the appointment of KPMG as the successor auditor have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.

There were no reservations in the former auditor's reports for the two most recently completed fiscal years and there have been no reportable events (as such term is defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations) between the Company and Davidson.

At the request of the Company, Davidson resigned as auditor of Quisitive effective October 10, 2018 and the Board of directors appointed KPMG as the Company's Auditor effective October 12, 2018 until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In accordance with NI 51-102, the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the Former Auditor and the Successor Auditor, have been reviewed by the audit committee and the board of directors of the Company and have been filed on SEDAR.
