Press Release Retraction: Calian Retracts Press Release Issued on June 4, 2018 Regarding Eligible Dividends

OTTAWA, June 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Calian Group Ltd. (TSX:CGY) today retracts the press release issued June 4, 2018 entitled “CORRECTING and REPLACING -- Calian Declares a Quarterly Dividend of $0.28 Per Share.”

The June 4, 2018 press release was issued in error. As per Calian’s original press release of May 9, 2018 the referenced dividend is payable June 6, 2018 to shareholders of record as of May 23, 2018. Dividends paid by the Corporation are considered "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
