China Media Inc. is a producer of feature-length film, television series and documentary. As of June 30, 2016, the Company had produced one feature-length film, 11 television series and one documentary. Each series has a definite lifetime of anywhere from 10 to 50 episodes, at which point the series ends and a new one is developed. The new series may be based on previous ones, but the development of a new series does not follow the same type of recurring seasonal structure as in North America. The Company conducts its primary business operations through its subsidiary, Vallant Pictures Entertainment Co., Ltd., which in turn, conducts its business through Xi'an TV Media Co. Ltd. (Xi'An TV). Xi'An TV is in the business of investing, producing and developing film and television programming for the Chinese market.
