(TSX VENTURE: NTS) (OTCQX: NTSFF), announces that further to its news release of May 26, 2016 is today closing $2.5 million of its convertible debenture private placement. The Company has received regulatory approval to upsize the financing from $2.5 million to up to $4.0 million.
