Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 14, 2020) - Metals Creek Resources Corp. (TSXV: MEK) ("Metals Creek" or the "Company") announces that the company has closed a non-brokered private placement of flow-through units (the "Private Placement") on 14 July 2020.

The company has raised aggregate proceeds of $210,999.96 by issuing 3,516,666 flow-through units at 6 cents per flow-through unit, with each flow-through unit consisting of one flow-through common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each full warrant being exercisable for one non flow-through common share of the company at a price of 10 cents per share for a period 24 months from the date of issuance of such warrants. All securities issued pursuant to this financing will be subject to a four-month hold period. Cash finders' fees of $14,770.00 were paid in connection with this financing as well as the issuance of 213,333 finders' warrants, which are exercisable at 10 cents for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The Company also announces today that it has terminated, effective June 26, 2020 a previous investor relations relationship with National Inflation Association, and requested retraction of articles and statements made by this party on www.inflation.us concerning the Company.
