Clinical operations were also closed at Riverview Ambulatory Surgical Centre, LLC, during the second quarter. Each of these entities is in the process of being wound down. On July 1, 2023, the Corporation sold all of its controlling interest in City Place Surgery Center, together with its non-controlling interest in St. Luke's Surgery Center of Chesterfield, LLC.
