EDMONTON, June 1, 2016

EDMONTON, June 1, 2016 /CNW/ - McCoy Global Inc. ("McCoy", "McCoy Global" or "the Corporation") (TSX:MCB; OTCQB:MCCRF) today announced that Peter Watson, Vice President, Corporate Development & General Counsel will be leaving the Company effective June 30, 2016.

"This difficult decision is a result of the organizational restructuring we have undertaken in response to the persistence of the energy market downturn," said Jim Rakievich, President and CEO of McCoy Global. "On behalf of the executive team and the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Peter for his dedication and valuable contributions during his tenure at McCoy Global, and wish him the very best in his future endeavors."

Mr. Watson will work to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities prior to his departure on June 30^th.
