 TheNewswire - August 17, 2021 - Tinkerine™ Studios Ltd. (TSXV:TTD) (OTC:TKSTF) ("Tinkerine" or the "Company") announces it has received a blanket 100-unit purchase order (“PO”) from Kansas City Audio Visual (“KCAV”) to provide Tinkerine bundled products to K-12 educational institutions through a regional district tender.

The Tinkerine bundled products include:

  • - 1x Tinkerine’s DittoPro 3D Printer

    - 1x Tinkerine Cloud and Skills account

    - 30 spools of filament

    - Tinkerine essentials kit for 3D print removal

The 100-unit PO amounts to a total of $235,900USD. The contracted prices will stay in place for an additional 2 years term pending school district demand for additional bundles to further strengthen their 3D printing capabilities.

Delivery of Tinkerine’s bundled products will start effective immediately. We look forward to providing the schools in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska with the necessary infrastructure to successfully integrate 3D printing into the classroom.

Tinkerine also announces the resignation of Mr. Dan Cugnet from the Board of Directors. Mr. Cugnet will remain an advisor to the Company. Tinkerine thanks Mr. Cugnet for his time and dedication to the Company and wishes him well in his future board activities.

In light of Dan Cugnet’s resignation, Tinkerine will be seeking out a new director to replace his role.
