InterRent Announces January 2018 Distributions

OTTAWA, Jan. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-IIP.UN) (“InterRent”) announced today that its distribution declared for the month of January 2018 is $0.0225 per Trust unit, equal to $0.27 per Trust unit on an annualized basis.  Payment will be made on or about February 15, 2018 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2018.
