("PTG") http://www.pacifictechnologiesgroup.com to assist the Company in facilitating qualitative acquisitions, mergers and other business combinations in the technology sector.

DMAN is presently focused on developing electroseismic applications and drone programs technologies for the energy industry. PTG, headed by attorney Arnold F. Sock, consults with small cap public companies to identify and introduce undervalued opportunities in emerging technology businesses.
