(TSX: MIN) (PFSE: 3XS) (OTCQX: EXMGF) ("Excelsior" or the "Company") announces that it has filed with the applicable Canadian securities regulatory authorities on SEDAR its 2021 audited annual consolidated financial statements ("Financial Statements") and management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") in relation thereto, for the year ended December 31, 2021. The Financial Statements and MD&A are available on the Company's website at www.excelsiormining.com. Shareholders have the ability to receive a hard copy of the Financial Statements and MD&A free of charge upon request to the Company.

The Company also announces that Mr. Mark Morabito has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Morabito was one of the Company's original directors dating back to 2010 when the Gunnison Project acquisition transaction was completed and served as the Company's Chair for over eleven years.
