European Electric Metals Announces Dual Listing on the OTC Pink Market

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- European Electric Metals Inc. (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for quoting on the OTC Pink Market under the symbol EVXXF (OTC PINK:EVXXF). European Electric Metals Inc. common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange, a qualified stock exchange, under the symbol EVX (TSXV:EVX).

European Electric Metals Inc. has also obtained DTC eligibility for its common shares with the Depository Trust Co. (DTC). The DTC manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies. This electronic method of clearing securities speeds up the receipt of shares and cash, and thus generally accelerates the settlement process for investors
