Dream Residential REIT Announces June 2023 Monthly Distribution

TORONTO --

DREAM RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (TSX: DRR.U) (“Dream Residential REIT” or the “REIT”) today announced its June 2023 monthly distribution in the amount of US$0.035 per unit (US$0.42 annualized). The June distribution will be payable on July 14, 2023 to unitholders of record as at June 30, 2023.
