Denis Lavigueur Increases Its Interest in Glen Eagle Resources

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Mar 29, 2016) - Denis Lavigueur and Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") announces in accordance with regulatory requirements and pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 (Early Warning Report) that Denis Lavigueur acquired in the open matket 18000 Common Shares of the Company. With these additional shares recently purchased on March 24, 2016, Denis Lavigueur, as an "Insider" has increased his position from 16% to 18% on a partially diluted basis and has a total of 12,949,000 common shares or 16.8% of the currently issued and outstanding shares on a non diluted basis.

The shares were acquired as an investment with the right to either purchase or sell more shares of Glen Eagle based on market conditions.
