CSE Bulletin: NV Issuer Designation - Urbana Corporation (URB, URB.A)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 10 juillet/July 2023) - CSE has determined that Urbana Corporation has met the criteria set out in CSE Policy 2A.4 for an NV Issuer. Listed Issuers designated as NV Issuers form the Senior Tier of CSE Listed Issuers and are subject to additional requirements as set out in CSE Policies.

There will be no change to the trading symbol.

Le CSE a déterminé qu'Urbana Corporation a satisfait aux critères énoncés dans la politique 2A.4 du CSE pour un émetteur non émergent. Les émetteurs inscrits désignés comme émetteurs non émergent forment le catégorie supérieure des émetteurs inscrits du CSE et sont assujettis à des exigences supplémentaires telles qu'énoncées dans les politiques du CSE.

Il n'y aura aucun changement au symbole commercial.
