TORONTO, Jan. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX:CSU), today announced its wholly-owned division Vela Operating Group (“Vela”) has entered into an agreement to acquire a software provider of document management solutions in the engineering and construction industry.  Completion of the acquisition remains subject to mutually agreed closing conditions.
