Amaroq Minerals Ltd., formerly AEX Gold Inc., is a Canada-based mining company engaged in the identification, acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties in Greenland. It has land package of gold and strategic mineral licenses in Southern Greenland, with nine licenses covering 4,090 square kilometers. Its project portfolio includes Tartoq, Naalagaaffiup Portornga, Vagar, Nuna Nutaaq, Saarloq, Anoritooq and Sava and one exploitation license, Nalunaq. Saarloq Project covers an area of approximately 818 km2 and is underlain by granitoid rocks of the Julianehab Batholith.
