Centric Health Appoints Interim Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, Nov. 29, 2018 /CNW/ - Centric Health Corporation ("Centric Health" or "the Company") (TSX: CHH), one of Canada's leading healthcare services companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Mok as the Company's Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Mok is currently Senior Director, Finance with the Company, leading a significant part of the finance function including accounting, treasury, and business planning and analysis. He is playing a leadership role in a number of ongoing strategic initiatives, including the business re-engineering plan and the potential divestiture of non-core assets and deleveraging of the balance sheet.

Mr. Mok has been with the Company for two years. Prior to joining Centric Health, he worked at Ernst & Young LLP, practicing in both the M&A and Taxation groups. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant/Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
