- Kathy Ventura joins firm's Stamford office -

TORONTO, April 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced a major enhancement to its recruiting capabilities with the addition of Kathy Ventura as a partner in the firm's consumer, e-commerce & retail, and marketing & communications practices, based in the firm's Stamford office.

Ms. Ventura recruits senior executives in all areas of consumer products and services, including consumer technologies, automotive, lifestyle brands and consumer financial services. She also specializes in corporate reputation leadership roles, including communications, public affairs and corporate marketing. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, private equity and other alternative asset firms, and their portfolio companies. Ms. Ventura's work also encompasses diversity and inclusion initiatives for her clients.

Ms. Ventura started her career at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she led the firm's Corporate Communications Practice. Prior to joining the firm, she was a member of the Procter & Gamble team at Grey Advertising.
