GUELPH, ON, July 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - BIOREM Inc. (TSX-V: BRM) ("Biorem" or "the Company") today announced under its stock option plan that 60,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company have been issued to Directors of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.28 and vest over three years with a ten year expiry date of July 13, 2019.
