Mr. McWilliam expresses his disappointment at the Company appointing additional members to the board of directors during the period of the Company’s annual general meeting adjournment, rather than waiting for the shareholders to be given an opportunity to express their views on the appropriate constitution of the board of directors. Further, it is Mr. McWilliam’s opinion that the Board of Directors needs members with experience in addressing Cascadero’s specific needs as a junior exploration company and that the current board, as supplemented by Ms. Harder’s handpicked appointees, now fails to meet those basic qualifications
