CALGARY, July 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Big Rock Brewery Inc. (TSX: BR) ("Big Rock") has appointed Mr. Don Sewell to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective August 27^th, 2018.

Prior to joining Big Rock, Mr. Sewell was previously the Vice President of Investment Banking at National Bank Financial Inc. and the Corporate Finance Analyst for Peters & Co Limited. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and is a CFA charter holder.

In conjunction with Don's hiring, Big Rock CEO Wayne Arsenault also announced Mr. Paul Howden has been appointed Vice President of Sales, effective July 3, 2018. Paul previously worked at Coca-Cola for twenty-five years in increasing levels of responsibility most recently as Vice President of Western Canada. Paul has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
