Founder, former president and owner of Muskoka Brewery, Mr. McMullen comes to Big Rock Brewery with over 20 years of experience in the premium segment of the brewing industry. Mr. McMullen's deep roots in the Canadian craft brewing business also include his role as a founding member of the Canadian Association of Small Brewers and the Ontario Craft Brewers Association.

Mr. McMullen lead Muskoka Brewery Inc. from 1996 to 2017, growing Muskoka Brewery tenfold, from 5,000 HL to 52,000 HL of premium Muskoka Branded volume over a period of just eight years. Among his credentials is a Bachelor of Engineering, Engineering and Management from Royal Military College of Canada, Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard University, Queen's University Executive Leadership Course, and Fellow of 2014 Quantum Shift from Ivey School of Business.
