Barfresh is well positioned to expand its reach well beyond the 45 dining facilities that were announced today.  The Company’s smoothies will be available in military food service programs supporting installation dining facilities. The Company’s solutions for all meal periods are designed to support a large number of personnel in a short period of time.

The Company is actively pursuing engagement with all U.S. military branches and expects to gain significantly greater penetration across the United States’ 940 bases, which serve 1.3 million active troops.  In addition, the Company is pursuing international military locations targeting Fall of 2018.

Riccardo Delle Coste, the Company's CEO stated, "The approval for the U.S. military channel is a lengthy process, and at this point we have only been serving product in this channel for less than a year.  In that short time span we have increased our locations to over 45 dining facilities throughout the United States.  We have received very positive responses from our initial 6 bases and are very proud that we will be expanding our great tasting, healthy smoothie offering to an additional 39 facilities.  One of the reasons for our rapid expansion in this channel is that our great tasting better for you smoothie are a perfect fit for the high volume military dining facilities.   We look forward to communicating additional placements in the coming months.”
