Bank of America Announces Plan to Increase Quarterly Dividend 9 Percent to $0.24 per share

CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 5, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of America today announced plans to increase its quarterly common stock dividend from $0.22 per share to $0.24 per share beginning in the third quarter of 2023.

The company previously communicated on July 3 that it had initiated a dialogue with the Federal Reserve to understand differences between the Federal Reserve's CCAR results and Bank of America's Dodd-Frank Act stress test results. Those discussions are ongoing.

The increased quarterly common stock dividend is subject to approval from the Company's Board of Directors.
