AM Resources Corp. Resumes Trading on TSX Venture Exchange

MONTREAL, May 14, 2018 /CNW/ - AM Resources Corp. (formerly NQ Exploration Inc.) (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: NQE) is pleased to announce that effective Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the opening of trading, the Corporation will resume trading under the new symbol "AMR" on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"). As a result of completing the reverse take-over transaction (the "RTO") with AM Resources SAS and meeting the necessary listing requirements of the TSXV as a Tier 2 Mining Issuer.

"This represents the last milestone of our strategic reorganization undertaken last year," stated David Grondin, President and Chief Executive Officer of AM. "While it took longer than anticipated, completing the RTO allows us to focus on developing our Colombian asset while evaluating new investments and business opportunities."

The Corporation's capital structure consists of 53,132,883 common shares, 158,244 common share purchase warrants and 1,650,000 stock options outstanding. Certificates and/or letters of transmittal for the common shares of the Corporation (now AM Resources Corp.) issued in connection with the RTO are being processed and being mailed out to applicable shareholders of the Corporation.
