GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- 

Alerus Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: ALRS) announced that on November 11, 2019, its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, a 7.1 percent increase over the dividend paid a year ago. The dividend is payable on January 10, 2020, to shareholders of record as of close of business on December 20, 2019.
