(TSXV:AHI) (“Agility Health” or the “Company”) today announced the results from its Annual and Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) which took place on June 20, 2018. The Company is pleased to announce the election of Wayne Cockburn and Kenneth Howling to its Board of Directors, and the re-election of incumbent directors Pierre Gagnon, Bob Herr and Kenneth Scholten. All other items put forth at the Meeting were also approved, including the re-appointment of the Company's auditors.
