LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jul 18, 2016) - American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: AACS) Daniel L. Hefner, President and CEO, announced today that Best Way Auto & Truck Rental has opened three new rental locations.

On July 1, 2016, Best Way assumed operation of rental locations in Orlando and Tampa, Florida as part of an agreement with Rent Max Miami Inc., a Florida corporation. Under the agreement the locations will operate as Best Way/Rent Max during the transition period. The arrangement allows Best Way to expand into these prime rental markets at a minimal cost of start up. 

John D. Keena, President of Best Way, commented, "The timing of the acquisition and commencement of operation in these two high volume markets allowed us to take advantage of the holiday weekend and maximize revenue. Entering into this relationship with Rent Max has been smooth and holds promise for additional opportunity in the future."

In addition to the new Florida locations, Best Way has opened a new location in Cincinnati, Ohio this week with excellent response.
