New York, NY, Oct. 04, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp. III (NYSE: VCXB.U, VCXB, VCXB WS) (“10X III”) today announced that it is transferring the listing of its Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Ordinary Shares”), redeemable warrants, each exercisable to purchase one Class A Ordinary Share at a price of $11.50 per share (the “Warrants”), and units, each consisting of one Class A Ordinary Share and one-half of one Warrant (the “Units” and, together with the Class A Ordinary Shares and the Warrants, the “Listed Securities”), from the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) to the NYSE American LLC (the “NYSE American”). 10X III’s decision to transfer to the NYSE American was motivated by several factors, including more favorable thresholds for continued listing on the NYSE American.
