Pambili Natural Resources Corp

CALGARY, Canada – TheNewswire - April 3, 2023 - Pambili Natural Resources Corporation ("Pambili" or the "Corporation") (TSXV:PNN) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Stephen Smith (“Steve”) as a technical consultant to the Corporation.

In a career spanning some thirty-eight years, Steve has been involved in all aspects of the discovery and exploitation of economic mineral deposits including grassroots exploration, definition drilling through to feasibility, underground mining/quarrying and even mine closure environmental rehabilitation.

After many years’ experience in running exploration and development projects for Anglo-American Corporation in South Africa and Tanzania, Steve started working for junior mining companies with assets in Namibia and Zimbabwe. Having decided to focus on Zimbabwe, Steve has spent the past fifteen years working on and assessing mineral deposits in that country. Initially appointed as Assistant VP Exploration for Clarity Capital, for the past ten years Steve has worked as an independent consultant focused on developing gold projects in Zimbabwe.

Pambili CEO Jon Harris commented: “We are delighted that a geologist with Steve’s experience has agreed to join the team. Steve has detailed knowledge of more Zimbabwe gold mines than anyone else I know, and his engagement is critical to our being able to expand Pambili’s footprint in Zimbabwe. Furthermore, Steve has an enviable pipeline of projects of his own, any one of which could add significant value to Pambili, and we look forward to working closely with Steve to develop one or more of these opportunities.”

Stephen Smith said: “I would not have spent as much time in Zimbabwe as I have done if I did not believe in the mineral potential of the country. It is great that Pambili shares that belief and has committed itself to Zimbabwe—opportunities abound, and they all need the development capital that Pambili can bring to fulfill their potential.”

About Pambili Natural Resources Corporation: Pambili is a natural resources exploration and development company (www.pambilinrc.com) currently active in Zimbabwe and in Alberta.
