Shannon Hassler takes a new position as a Principal Consultant for Yardstick Management where she will lead its executive search practice and serve as a key member of the team’s diversity, equity, and inclusion practice. Previously working for two of the largest executive search firms in the world, Hassler comes to Yardstick with over 20 years of executive talent acquisition and management advisory experience. She holds a J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law, and her B.S. from Northern Illinois University. With her expertise in the corporate recruiting process and the role that bias plays within it, she will be in charge of developing effective ways to drive diversity in critical roles.
