Women's Initiative To Promote Global Activism

NYC luxury clothing designer, Aysha Saeed, joins forces with Orchestra Moderne, NYC to honor women activists in the fight for international human rights.

PR Newswire

NEW YORK, May 28, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- NYC luxury clothing designer, Aysha Saeed joins forces with Conductor, Amy Andersson, founder of Orchestra Moderne, NYC to honor women activists who are fighting for international human rights.

Conductor Amy Andersson, creator and producer of Women Warriors:The Voices of Change, a multimedia, concert production, teams with Hollywood's leading female film composers. This project highlights the achievements of past and current activists who have risked their lives in the name of women's rights, social justice, human and civil rights, environmental conservation, minority rights, gender equality and for the right of every girl to have access to education.

Aysha is proud to be involved. While her first love has always been fashion, she is committed to giving back to her community. She hosts monthly dinner meetings for female business owners and various non-profit organizations who are aligned with her vision of creating a better future. Through these meetings women share their passion and purpose driven initiatives.

For professional women, AYSHA NY is the number one choice for high-end quality clothes at accessible prices and her past clients include Dior in Paris under John Galliano and Dolce Gabbana in Milan, among others.

Cottage meetings/fundraisers are being held across the US to raise funds and awareness for this event. The next meeting will be held at:

AYSHA NY
109 West 38th Street, New York, NY,
Thursday, June 6 from 7-9 pm

Special guest performers and speakers for the Lincoln Center Performance NYC September 20, 2019 will include:

Afghan rapper and human rights activist, Sonita Alizadeh, best known for her song 'Daughters for Sale,' which describes her own experience as a child bride for sale.

15 year old singer/songwriter, Isolde Fair, best known for her song 'To All the Little Girls' which gained recognition at the 9th Annual Women in the World Summit (to a sold-out crowd at Lincoln Center in April 2017).

Nathalie Bonin, violinist, and composer of film, video-game and television music.

Guest speaker Masih Alinejad, Iranian-American journalist, author of 'The Wind in My Hair. My Fight for Freedom in Modern Iran.'

Funds raised for this project will go directly to the New York registered non-profit Music Resonates, Inc, 501(c)3, which supports women and minority composers with social justice concerts performed by Orchestra Moderne NYC.
