Calgary, Alberta – TheNewswire - April 5th, 2021 – Voyageur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (TSX.V:VM) (OTC:VYYRF) (the "Company" or "Voyageur")  announced that is has issued 2,625,000 options to directors, officers and consultants pursuant to its incentive stock option plan (the "Options").  On March 29, 2021, the Company's board of directors approved the grant of Options, to be effective on April 1, 2021 using the closing price on that day.  The Options were issued with an exercise price of $0.175 per common share, vest immediately, and have a 10 year term.  The Options are subject to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval.
