The Company also announces a change to the venue of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held at 10:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, June 4, 2019. The Meeting will now be held at the offices of Bennett Jones LLP, Suite 3400, First Canadian Place, 100 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5X 1A4. Except for the change of venue of the Meeting, the information set out in the notice of meeting and information circular with respect to the Meeting, including the date and time of the Meeting and the resolutions to be considered at the Meeting, remain unchanged. Proxy forms and voting instruction forms stating the address of the prior venue shall remain valid.
