VersaBank (TSX: VB, VB.PR.A, VB.PR.B) (“VersaBank”) announced today that it will release its First Quarter 2019 financial results on February 27, which will be made available at the Bank's website (versabank.com) and SEDAR (sedar.com).

On February 27 financial results are expected to be released at approximately 7 a.m. EST. The conference call is scheduled for 9 a.m. EST and will feature a presentation by David Taylor President & CEO and other VersaBank executives followed by a question-and-answer period.
